Natural Kitchen produces delicious, plant powered and nutrient dense food that nourishes from the inside out. We use high quality ingredients and choose organic products where it is most important. All of our baked goods are gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. Our recipes are kid-approved and family friendly, designed by Catherine Burns (Nutritional Therapist and Mum) and Sarah Wight (Nutritional Therapist in-training).

Natural Kitchen was born from the need to provide friends, family, clients and the broader Bermuda community with real food that is functional and optimizes wellbeing so we can all feel and look our best. Our recipes and products align with the core philosophy of Natural Nutrition.

Natural Kitchen is in its soft launch stage with plans for growth and development to offer a wider variety of products. We have lots in the pipeline for 2017 so watch this space!

Cooking Classes

Sarah and Catherine co-host seasonal cooking classes at The Chef Shop on Bermudiana Road. Our sell-out series ‘Superfoods with Sarah’ has been renamed ‘The Natural Cook’. For dates, see our schedule here. For private cooking classes, please contact sarah@natural.bm.

Dinner Party Cooking Classes

Gather a group of friends at your house and we'll cook for you! We will create a seasonally inspired, plant powered menu and demonstrate each recipe before serving it up for you and your guests around the dinner table. A large party or a small intimate gathering, get in touch if you would like to plan a night with us.

Natural Kitchen baked goods

Our baked goods are developed to reflect the core values of Natural Nutrition. We do small scale catering for office meetings and social gatherings.

Our menu includes Holy Crap cookies, coconut caramel energy balls, chocolate energy balls, Nutrifit banana bread, lemon slices and lots more.

Golden Paste

Produced by Natural Kitchen, Golden Paste is a handcrafted, gently cooked blend of organic ground turmeric root, coconut oil and black pepper.

Turmeric is a potent anti-inflammatory spice that is assimilated in the body much more effectively once cooked and also, when combined with good fats and piperine (an active component in black pepper.)

Golden Paste is available by the jar at Devils Isle and is also featured on their smoothie and juice menu.
