Being teenage is fun but demanding too. Growing bodies, crazy hormones, school/exam stress.... they all pile on the pressure!
What you eat and drink when you're a teen can make or break you. It can make studying easier or harder, it will improve or inhibit your sports performance and will impact mood and skin health significantly too.
Come along for an hour on the 17th and learn about some simple techniques for improving your diet - they're easy, affordable and completely "normal", and will make a huge difference to the way you feel each and every day.
